El aire acondicionado gotea agua
In Miami's humidity, indoor units produce a lot of condensate. A leak often means a clogged drain, a rusted pan, or a system that has iced and is thawing. It is a mechanical issue, not a reason to panic — but it can damage ceilings and floors if ignored.
Standing water near electrical equipment is a shock hazard. Stop using the unit if water is reaching outlets or the air handler wiring.

Qué suele seguir
- Turn the system off if water is reaching electrical parts.
- If you can see a condensate line, note whether it is dripping at the termination outside.
- Call an HVAC technician and say 'leaking water,' not only 'broken AC.'
Cuándo llamar a un profesional: Call if water is staining a ceiling, filling a pan, or you cannot find the source.
