Business claiming is designed but not open. Owners can request factual corrections today; they cannot yet add hours, photos, or a description that would appear as verified owner content.

Search for your listing to send an ownership request. That request does not publish new content. Factual phone, website, and address fixes are available today without claiming.

What a future claim is for

• Update business information after identity checks
• Add services, photos, hours, and service areas after moderation
• Control a clearly labeled owner-provided description

Review rules (anti-spam), designed before owner content can be indexed

• Florida license number matching the listed legal name; Callback to the directory phone number already on file; Domain-control check on a verified first-party website
• One open claim per business; cooldown after rejection
• Human review before any owner text or photo is published
• Owner-provided copy is noindex until moderation completes; spam or promotional claims are never published
• Published owner fields must be labeled “owner-provided” with the date they were accepted
