Methodology and limits

Restaurant counts are the directory category, grouped by the ZIP on the listing. Cuisine pages (Cuban, Mexican, Italian, seafood) are high-confidence intents from Overture categories — we do not invent a cuisine from a neighborhood name. Listing density is not a health grade, Yelp score, or a census of every kitchen in Miami-Dade.

The underlying source is strongest inside the City of Miami. ZIPs with few listings still appear in this table when restaurants recorded that ZIP; we only link to a ZIP page when that page exists. Related: Cuban restaurants, all restaurants, restaurantes cubanos.
